Does anyone else around here think business is slow because of the season? Its summertime...no holidays for giftgiving...etc. Thats the way I feel. Not that my shop has been up long at all, but my other business outlets have been a little slow.

Not to get discouraged though. THink positive and things will pick up soon! Everyone on here does awesome work!

How do you put links to your stuff in a post?
I've seen it done before, but I'm not that tech savvy, obviously.
Do you know what I mean? Like, when people announce they have new things, they have a series of links where you can see each one.
Can anybody help me out?

 

Open up another browser window and bring up your etsy site and item you've just listed. Highlight and copy the address from the address bar. Now you can come to hipforums to make a new thread. To post your link in the thread, just right click and select paste and your link should show up.

sometimes, though, it looks like they've redone the link, so it actually says something (like the item name), and not just a bunch of web mumbo jumbo.
but just one step at a time for now...
