you can take it out now...lol. i usually keep it in my mouth for 10-15 mins just to make sure. how was your trip?
i just keep it in until it breaks up and then i just swallow the little bits of it. i usually end up swallowing it after 20 - 30 minutes.
I usually keep it in my mouth for around 15 minutes, by then the paper is falling appart so that leads to me finding it nicer to just swallow it. Always worked fine that way.
