Hey guys, I was thinking about adding a bit of life to my old pair of Doc Martens. They are black, with ten eyelets, and I was thinking about drawing on them, but I don't know what kind of paint should I use that is waterproof and looks nicer than those alcohol based marker pens. Any ideas?

fabric paint? there's also stuff called textile medium-you could add it to regular paint and use it as fabric paint. im not sure about it being waterproof though...

Tippex will probably work ... that's what I'm gonna use for mine. Got pink ribbon as laces but it's a bit too delicate.
