its probably your body preparing for your period dont frett i know i get horibble sharp stabbing pains near my armpit on my boos sometimes :S horrible
I get something similar right before my period, too. It started really randomly one month so you may have "gotten lucky" this time around. As much as it hurts the first few months getting used to it, it actually becomes a really useful indicator that you're about to start bleeding. It happens to me exactly two days before.
