What does everyone think of MTB? Just saw them play the other week, and it was really good. Just good ole fashion rock n' roll.
At first they were called The Toy Factory. Marshall Tucker was a blind man living in Spartanburg. MTB had more of a country & western sound w/ the flute being out front. But in the 70s they were giants
The MTB was one of my all time favs, but they are a former skin of themselves now. I always had said that Doug Gray had one of the best voices in rock music, but he lost that voice over the past 10 years. MTB was a group of very talented musicians. Toy Caldwell was an excellent guitarist. For those that like MTB, you should also check out Toy's live solo effort entitled Cant You See.
