when u smoke parsley,, it tastees like pot seriously just thaught i might tell to who doesnt know allready
Everyone I know can tell the difference. (People have tried to trick a friend of mine with it - he knew it was parsley instantly by the taste) Soaringeagle, what are the effects and medicinal values of smoking parsley?
not so much smoking altho i imagine could help with nervousness but http://www.ageless.co.za/herb-parsley.htm # Internal use * This bitter aromatic herb is used to relaxes spasms, reduce inflammation and helps to clear toxins from the body. * It is said to inhibit tumor-cell growth while stimulating the digestion and the uterus. * Parsley is also used internally for menstrual complaints and edema. * It is also used for ailments of the lower urinary tract and to prevent renal (kidney) gravel (stones). * Furthermore, it can be used in flatulent dyspepsia, dysuria, rheumatic conditions, cystitis, prostate problems, indigestion, colic, anorexia, anemia and arthritis (roots and seeds). It is also used after childbirth for promoting lactation and contracting the uterus (roots and seeds). # External use * The leaves have some itch relieving properties if applied externally. # Aromatherapy and essential oil use * This oil made from parsley seed is helpful for water retention, stimulating the kidneys as well as helping with menopausal problems. * It helps to cleanse the blood and boosts circulation and eases muscle spasms. * On the skin, it helps clear bruises, is a tonic to the scalp and is said to help with head lice just a few of the uses
Parsley contains several active chemicals including apiol and myristicin. Apiol extracted from parsley has been (and still in some parts of the world) used historically to induce labor to cause abortions. Myristcin has some hallucinogenic properties, (a main component of the essential oil and the effects of nutmeg but in lesser concentration in parsley). I don't think parsley tastes like pot when smoked, the only major chemical similarity is both have lots chlorophyll, but so do most green plants.
a friend and i once used parsley in a bong. we had to throw the bong out because it stank so bad. and this is a bong we are talking about.
OOOHHHH SSSHIIIITTT WHAT WERE WE THINKING??? blolb nah we deal with our own wares. it was not a huge tragedy - a bottle of poweraid and we are ready to go once again! i impressed the bong point beacause bongs - to the untrained bonger - smell bad enough as it is.
