How would you feel if someone stole your plant?

And I bet that it's not the only one.
The planter probably put that one there, and put the rest scattered about the area. That way, whoever stumbles upon the plant (in this case it's you) would probably think there aren't any more.
I say keep your hands off other people's plants. Grow your own
    Fuck it

I think if your going to plant in the wild its a risk your taking. but at the same tiem i think teh wrost thing is to kill a plant.

so if you want free weed, jsut take a few buds here and there, let it grow, and share it with whoever else is goin.

  4. If you know for sure that it doesn't belong to anyone than take that shit.Or like stonerBill said, just snatch a few buds off every now and then.If it does belong to someone and you take it,than you better watch your back, man.I know a couple people that were beaten to a bloody pulp for stealing some plants. If I were you I'd be careful.:p

I say take it. If the guy who planted it didn't think to hide it better, it's his loss. If it's wild, that's cool too. It might be easier to leave it there, though, rather than to transplant it (I don't know about cannabis' root system, but I know transplanting can hurt plant roots and kill a plant). Just come back around harvest time and take the buds. Hopefully it's a female plant....

Dude, you are fucking with something far greater than you can imagine.Take it from an old school grower. It could be a decoy plant to devert people from the main crop,it could be rigged to cause great pain even death to sticky fingered people.Plus it could even be the last one of a crop that the DEA has already pulled, and are laying in wait for the owners to return. If you didn't put it in the ground, you best keep your ass away from it.Like I said, you are fucking with something that could get your ass locked up,or even worse, killed.Other people's crops are nothing to fuck with or take lightly.Just a word of wisdom, from a smoker and grower of many more years than you have been alive.

leave the damn plant alone...take a bud or two in exchange for keeping quiet about the location...but leave the plant.

if someone was stupid enough to plant a plant right out in the open for someone to find....

eh, leave it as it is. worst case scenario is there's feds watchin it and as soon as you take some/pull it out, you're done for.

From experience of the grow you would save the growner alot of sorrow if you left his plant alone. Simply explain to the plant gronwer that you would like to take part in the ganja ceremonies that follow peacefully.

Just an FYI...Marijuana is a weed. In the wild it doesn't occur as just one plant, there are almost always other plants in the area. If there is just one plant there it would be my guess that some other person is involved. And since it's only one plant it's not a dealer who I would have no problem ripping off. It's just regular smoker and you would be a jackass to take their work. Although it must be very tempting...
