Hey, Red Star - if you blow off those family owned businesses, then you can kiss any support for your "cause" goodbye, except for(once again) those well-situated middle-class teenagers/students. Because, you see, those family owned businesses getting torched by your nice black bloc friends is run by a working class family - if anything, they probably hate corporations as much as you do(if, for example, they're being run out of business by a nearby Wal-Mart or something) or are just trying to get by. I doubt many of them are "content" to be run out of business by large companies or smth like that. So you can take your "fuck everyone who works, they're slaves to the evil KAPITALIZT SISTEM YO!1!!" and shove it up your own ass. :)

Idealism becomes dangerous when it endangers the lives of others on a wild gamble. The wise and sensible will always oppose radical and dangerous ideas that are pushed on the majority by a minority through whatever means (military force, manipulation, etc).

how stupid of you - without the English civil war - there would be no so called democracy here - nor that fascist liberalism you are so fond of - without the war of independence the usa would be ruled by Queen Elizabeth - you cant have your cake and eat it - revolution and overthrow of existing structures is necessary to move new better ideas forward against the wishes of those who hold up progress and betterment because they are not agile enough mentally or physically to adapt - sorry but its like the church holding up science and preventing its findings - now capitalism is in the way of democracy and nothing must stand in the way of that !!!!

I think you are missing the point here. Ronald is talking about progress and evolution. There is a scientific theory that says that human beings will separate into two different species in the future: a short, fat, docile creature like Gollum, and a taller lean bright dominant human. Nowhere is this theory more evident than in this forum. There are those who burst with ideas and are eager of achievement, and there are those who want to sit in some corner and pick their toenails.

I think that since I drew that redhead the whole forum has slowed down as they can't stop staring at her ass. What they don't realize is that I've added a subliminal message underneath her brown starfish, so that they are all anarchists now, but they don't know it yet.

There's always a new generation of morons with some radical collectivist ideology that they want to violently impose on the rest of us. That's why we have riot police.

Capitalism is in the way of democracy? Says who, Pol Pot? Mao? Lenin? Castro? We've heard it before. Collectivism is the best way to create poverty and totalitarianism out of free and prosperous societies. History makes that obvious enough for all but the truly dense.

And who do you think becomes corporations? Most big biz's started out small man, the monetary system as a whole is stupid, it just serves to create a class system and widen the gap between and set a standard in which we can measure how has and who doesn't. A barter system while not perfect and certainly has its own faults as most everything does when affilated with the human race, can serve to eliminate some of the effects of money as well as strengthen community bonds as peaple will actualy have to interact with a variety of peaple to obtain various things. I think that a barter system also beats a handout system or a "welfare state" kind of enviroment in that it allows a person more freedom to do with what they have and makes them work for it as well so its your choice how well you live and it doesn't allow the enivatble corruption of such systems to seep in and missmanage that which is for the peaple. Haveing the common peaple realy shoulder the burden for goverment decisions would be a huge step towards this I belive, instead of haveing one all powerful central goverment which is "deomcraticly" serving the many with the few would change alot of things for the better. If you de-centralized the goverment to the extent that each town and independant city ruled itself through large committes with rotating, non-elected qualified members, with very short term periods and annual voteing sessions on things of great effect or importance as well as the ability, no right for the peaple to vote to change any law or committe decision that they dissaprove of so that any wrongs or mistakes can at least be rectifyed as well as giveing the law the flexibility to get things done as well as not outgrow itself as time and culture changes without all the red tape and pork barrle dealing we see here in the United States, you can create a climate inwich a barter system can posisble thrive as these community's will all be interdependant at first becouse of such a major shift in power but also geography some places will have to trade for food while others for things like power. Everybody has something they can contribute, from their physical labor to their thinking mind, or their natrual born talents. When we all pool together to help eachother out for a common goal like the greater good of ourselves and those around us i think its possible to retain individuailty and creativity as well as operate as a single efficient entity. But this is of course just my young views and ever evolving ideas completely open to critisisim (tho not my horrid spelling plz hehe) as that is one of the best ways to perfect something, or come as close to perfection as a human can. :)

Oh and your "working class" shop owners....yeah buddy look up the defination of working class. I wouldn't exactly call that working class so much as middle class.

I don't think it's Pepik's fault, but I think his vision of anarchy is fixated vehemently to the CIA brainwashing model of mindless hoodlums causing wanton mayhem and a biblical collapse of civilization. His endless references do not show anger, rather fear. He is not alone. There are millions like him. They are the scared and intimidated majority. The slaves who keep the masters in power, in the hope that they will get less beatings, or an extra slice of water melon in their food bowl.

Although there is still freedom of speech in the USA, the loudest voices are those controlled by the biggest wallets (therefore straight away you would have to be a dozy monkey not to see that capitalism gets in the way of democracy.)

This is no slur on Pepik. It is neither his, nor the American people's fault. They are the victims of TV, book, newspapers, much like most people in the world are used as pawns.

If our societies are so great, how come we've spent one trillion US dollars on a war of two frontiers, which we are losing? And yet our schools and hospitals are a disgrace.

Excuse me, how about you take a reality check, fella. You walk into a booth, and you tick a piece of paper. The paper goes into a ballot box and certain people are chosen according to their popularity to represent you. First thing they do is take away your money in taxes, VAT, social security, local taxes, you name it taxes.

Do they represent you? Exactly "who" do they represent?

If you are still young, fair enough, you're seeing things differently, but if you are a sycophant to these parties, then by all means go and stick your tongue up their arse and maybe they'll throw you a bone to gnaw. If you come in here trying to preach the word of Bush and Blair, then expect some colorful replies because you'll be earning your bony lunch, me old pedigree.

I don't think it has to do with the CIA but by listening to the mindless drivel of people who support this crap. I am just not impressed that you guys can block a street somewhere.

That's about right. Go over to the anarchy forum. Its dead, except for the occasional debates about whether they support the Judea Peoples Liberation Front or the Popular Front for the Liberation of Judea. They have nothing to say, nothing to debate, and they are split into a thousand micro ideologies. Yet they still want to violently force their views on everyone else.

Look at this thread - it is just riot videos for teen rebels.

Anarchists are the most self righteous, ignorant people you will ever meet.

Seems like it is always one extreme or the other. Anarchy or capitalism, socialist or democratic, conservative or liberal. We cannot live in the extremes, why not a socially responsible, capitalistic, libertarian republic? Achieved through non-violence? Seems like a pipe dream, but something to shoot for. Violent reaction only feeds the press what it wants and gives the government more reasons for suppressing our freedoms. Militant attitudes and reactions by the extreme right of the Islamic religion only gave the US government a reason to enact laws to take away the freedoms of it own citizenry. This is also what happens in violent protest. Let the government react violently to a peaceful protest and see what changes are made.

I love this world, and I would like to see it survive, allong with the people who occupy it. Violence breeds violence, we have seen it all through history. And no, I don't do shrooms.
Will they hand it over on a plate, no. I never said it would be easy. Just a goal worth reaching for.
Do you really think a violent riot will change the world overnight? All you do is give them more power to repress. Thanks for that, really

in kopenhangen it's already rather quiet again and the repression against activists in europe continues...

at least kopenhagen showed them, that they can't just do what they want-we as pacifists get violent out there getting kicked around by the police and all the tear gas... it IS WAR!

and i think anarchism is not only against capitlalism - it's against hirarchy, so also against racism, sexism, homophobia etc.

That is good news my litle babooshka. It will be more glorious to see when the Czechs stop acting like America's little kurva. What makes the zruda with the 50 personalities think that they will treat his little country any different to all the other ones? Pathetic little servant will weep like a picha zmrzla when our triumphant people's tanks roll back into Prague. This will be the Czech defense

Read some books on economics before you start trashing places that people have worked hard to create and build. You would think i was a jerk if i went round a village and damaged all the shops.

Oh dear you might become the new pig on the block -
Why not post some more expansive thought - i don't wish to be patronising but I think you maybe chewed up and spat out with a few lines like that.
Or maybe that just says it all ?.
