Well i just say that there was a previouse forum post for this but i would like it to go more into detail for my needs Ok so im a guy and my girl is on the nuva ring. How effctive is it and how well does it stay in? Should i ask her to be on somthing else beside it? Its came out before so i am worried but is it still effective if it comes out for a 20 min period
