how can you become a Leagal pot user?!

how can u become a leagal weed user?,
i kno u need some kind of disease, but i heard theres somethin goin on in California, how does that work?! and what are the easiest steps to become a leagal MARIJUANA SMOKER?!

cant u do something to mislead the doctor into thinkin u got savere headackes? or somethin that will make him perscribe u mary j?! maybe even pay a guy that knows a guy, etc that knows a doctor to puscribe it?!

 

How can you become a legal weed user?

1) Be a rastafarian/Native american.
2) Have a debilitating disease/disorder.


Even then, being legal means you can still be busted by the feds. I can't wait for the day they decriminalize marijuana altogether.


Be craeful thinking you can trick a doctor to writing you a script for pot. They are under such a fine microscope by the federal government and any little misstep will land them in jail and strip them of their medical license.

Last time I checked religious freedom trumps federal laws by a landslide. Being busted for believing in a set religion and smoking for spiritual guidance, is comparable to a medical marijuana user being busted for medicating.
You will get put into a cop car, taken downtown, asked an assload of questions, then let go with no charges pending.

If you studied the rastafarian bible and other literature from their beliefs, you wouldn't hesitate telling a cop/dea/fbi agent what they teach you to say.

THE most important information they teach is: never, never, never, admit that marijuana is a drug,(Mainly due to it NOT being one) always say that it is an herb (which it is). If you admit it is a drug, they've got you.


Marijuana = herb for spiritual guidance or medication.....never a drug.

Oh yeah, it helps immensly having the "kebra negast" on your person at all times as well if you're going to tell them you're a rasta. It helps. The "holy Piby" is another good one to carry around, but stick to the kebra.

 

if you studied the rastafarian bible you'd learn just how much their religion is a joke, that it was basically a doomsday cult that never went anywhere, and the only reason it's still around is that people like using it as an excuse to smoke pot. you will not get away with smoking pot claiming it's a religious right, at least not in america.
and i do not get the whole native american thingy either, pot is not native to america so any ritual that becomes associated with it would be post columbian and therefore not a real tradition...

you can't smoke pot legally in the us. you can be exempt from state laws in certain places for medical reasons, and in california you can get pot from a club if you have a doctor issued perscription.

 

My friend is from the philippines, who studies rastafarian religion, has been pulled over by cops numerous times...and always let go due to his rastafarian beliefs.

I have a medical marijuana card and can lose all my meds and my plants if the feds wanted to be dicks about it....but I wouldn't go to jail, do any time, be put on probation or even have it go on my record.

Legal doesn't mean decriminalized, this I know first hand, but you can get out of being harassed by the cops if you take the right measures to do so.

 

Slinkie , if you were a lawyer they would laugh out of court, if the feds want your ass, medical card or rasafarian mean nothing , cannabis under federal law is not legal ,it trumps state law ever time, who ever told you other wise, does do know what their talking about , sorry but better to know the truth that there is no get-out of jail free card

pax-man, i get hwat ur saying about the rastafarian, because true, the cops dont give a fuck if ur a rifraftarian or w/e, they will bust u, but if u r prescribed to medicinal marijauna, then they cant send u to jail for smoking, growing/possesion, because u r prescribed to it , and u can prove it.

Religion does not work unless you were a Native American and can prove it was within your culture to use it BEFORE Americans came. (That's my guess anyway, granted why members of the Native American Church can legally use peyote)
