Strawberry Cheesecake

Omg...I die over this stuff. My very favorite. :drool:. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. mmmm

 

I'm not a huge cheesecake person---or sweets person in general---but strawberry cheesecake is hard to pass up!

 

I'd rather have a nice cherry cheesecake instead...

But I'd take the strawberry one.

 

you should try breyer's strawberry cheesecake flavor !!! i know ben & jerrys has it too, but for the price, breyers is the BOMB !!!!

 

Ben and Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream... god damn it's in my lap right now and it's sooo dank.

 

I love all kinds of cheesecake, but strawberry is tasty.

 

Cherry compoteut 14oz pitted cherries in a pan, sprinkle over 3 heaped tablespoons superfine sugar and add a splash of water.Put on low to medium heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes.If you've got some port or whisky handy, feel free to add some. When the compote has reduced down it my be a little dry,so add a splash of water to loosen it. Remove from the heat and let cool down, then serve spooned over the cheesecake with a dusting of powdered sugar.
