I am currently dating someone outside my race, which is a first for me (I'm only seventeen). The difference in race is totally a non-issue to us, and to our parents.

Hey, Well i am british ... 3 quarters english and 1 quarter Jamaican, and i am in a relationship with someone whos asian... It is quite hard actually because his people do not believe in us and think we should not be together.. as i am a white woman , but i understand their culture and thats their tradition , it hasnt stopped us being together though.. I dont see why you should have a barrier between another race , races are supposed to share their thoughts and culture... etc with each other , if we just stayed with the same race for the rest of our life we would not understand other cultures , it would be boring .

I don't see any limitations as far as race go. It has happened before and it'll continue to happen and I don't see anything wrong with that. I've gone out with hispanic girls, white girls & almost a black chick once (who moved to another state and didn't end up happenin').
The culture might be a bit different but the love is the same.

I have in the past and I don't find it a problem at all, not even slightly. My current boyfriend is the same 'race', but one of my two exes was half something else, like a black / white mix, and I liked him a lot. It didn't work out because we were pretty young and all but he was a good guy.
Nothing wrong with dating outside your race, why would it be?

I've never had the chance, but I have dated two white guys from England, and even married one! We're divorced now, and I'm with a woman. But I'd date a man or a woman of any race as long as we got along/wanted to be together. Why wouldn't I? I also have dated several deaf people, and I'm hearing. Not a different race, no, but deaf culture is a bit different from hearing culture.

Nope, I could never date someone outside of my race. Last I checked, there weren't any races other than human that I could have a meaningful conversation with.

there are so many beautiful people on every corner of the planet. all different shapes and colors and sizes. It's all about who you love and care for. I could never understand that whole girl wants guy like dad thing. My dad and brothers are great but I don't want to wake up next to them every morning thats just weird.

Hell yes I would date outside of my race. Latino girls are hot! So are all the other races.

Love is the only thing that matters. It is the person inside that I am interested in.

I do understand there are cultural differences. But for the right person I would be willing to work through them.
