About 3 months ago, my Nikon camera quit working. I sent it back to the company and instead of fixing it they sent me a brand new camera. Wonderful! Except that my camera won't recognize the new camera. I've tried to "add" the device in the computer's "control panel" but my camera isn't one of the types listed. They have a bunch of Nikon cool pix cameras listed, just not the coolpix L11. How do I add the camera successfully?

yeah.. we installed the programs and all that. I am usually ok and doing computer basics, such as installing programs and adding devices. In the end we figured it out... we were using the wrong USB cord (using the one from the old camera).

Thanks for trying to help though!
