Why thank you! I just have this thing about having my picture taken. Do I really look like a dork when I smile? (I think I do.) Thank goodness for a digital camera! By the way Orgazmik...HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Awwwwwwww! You're not old at all! I wish I was 25 again, actually. Maybe it's because I don't drink or smoke. Maybe it's because I don't have any children. No tattoos or piercings. Many people still think I'm in my late 20s, so I must be doing SOMETHING right! I really don't care if anybody sees the above as boring. Thanks for the time everyobdy!
Me again...Sorry if I'm boring ya! It's a quiet night here in Connecticut and there's nothing to do. So...............
most people do not comment about the sky either, When one looks at your eyes one comes face to face with (so to speak)immensity the same as when one looks at the sky. may be that explains the scarcity of the comments in both cases
"Beautiful place" as in my house or the state of Connecticut? This house is 102 years old and Connecticut is nice...if you can afford it! By the way, I like your picture. You're cute!
Some more pics, in order: 1- Connecticut state capitol in Hartford. Tough to get this one since I was on a bus coming down the Exit 48A off ramp from I-84/US 6. 2- I've heard of Rudyard Kipling, but I don't know what this is all about. This is on US Route 5 in Brattleboro, VT. 3- A peek at US Route 5 in Brattleboro, VT. I-91 is a couple of hundred feet behind me. Those rounded bridges peeking out in the background? Cross those and you're in Chesterfield, NH. 4- The newly remodeled Mass Mutual Center in Springfield, MA. Turst me when I tell you that the old Springfield Civic Center looked NOTHING like this whatsoever! 5- The Basketball Hall Of Fame near I-91 in Springfield, MA. This was taken aboard a bus in motion.
OK. My last attempt here: 1- My poor kitty not adjusting well to the 90 degree heat on this late June afternoon in Connecticut. 2- The latest sunset you get here in greater Hartford (note the time in the bottm left...it should say "8:30 PM"). 3- Me for the last time. Ugh!
OK...a few other pics on a quickie visit to Boston and Providence, RI on Tuesday. Wanted to enjoy the beautiful weather and beat the holiday traffic. Pics are as follows: 1- The Prudential Center from I-90 East in Boston. You go through a tunnel underneath that building a minute or so later. I had just gone by Fenway Park before this. 2- The Biltmore Hotel in downtown Providence. Some of you may have seen it referenced in an episode of "Family Guy". 3- City Hall in Providence. This is where Richard Hatch of "Survivor" was busted on tax evasion and former mayor Vincent "Buddy" Cianci was brought on corruption charges. 4- A RIPTA trolley in Providence. Isn't it cute? (LOL) 5- Some of the Boston skyline looking to the west in mid-afternoon from an I-93/US 1/MA 3 off ramp. The roadway behind the red truck is I-90 (Massachusetts Turnpike).
Anyobdy else here have a minor league baseball team in their city? Our teamis the Rock Cats, the AA-Eastern League affiliate of the Minnesota Twins. As close as this place is, I've only been in once this year. shame on me! P.S. The cat on the mini Dattco bus is Rocky, the team mascot.
