this is by far the dumbest thing ive ever heard. so by being on a drug, you are able to be charged with posession of it, because the drug is inside your body? that doesnt make any sense.

You don't get internal possession charges. You do, however, get public intoxication or driving under the influence charges.
I love the pic. I've never heard of internal possesion. Instead of trying to get around the laws in a very difficult, ineffective way, we should keep working at decriminalizing marijuana as it is.
