So ever since i was little i have had a hard time exercising because i always wind up having and asthma attack. I really dont like having to take an inhaler because it does terrible things to your heart and i dont believe sterroids are the way to go. but i also do like breathing. does anybody have any suggestions as to some natual remedy's for my breathing problem?
anything that will help reduce the asthma attacks would help. thank you!

I think eating raw food has helped cure some of my friends asthma.

I really don't know the specifics of how that works though , you may want to check this site out for a natural solution - http://gocheck.asthmafree.hop.clickbank.net/

My friend as long as I think asthma should not hold you back. Maybe you need a higher dose of medication. I run cross country, track, and play basketball. I have my ups and downs with the disease but I do not let it control me. If you have allergies, trying indoor activities that reduce asthma triggers or wear a mask to prevent the allergens from entering your mouth
