its vrey rare for me but once in a while when i am totally alone in the house and im on the computer or playing a game i get amazingly paranoid somone is watching me, about 5 minutes into it i start hearing a very fast paced voice or conversation or screaming in my head, like very close to me... and not in this house but it happened in every house ive lived in?? has this happend to any of you?? + voices screaming very fastly near to you/in your head?
GS, there are "parties" going on in my head constantly. Most of the time I tend to tune it out as noise. It isn't the house, GS, it's your head. It can be a gift, but dear God, sometimes it can be a trial. The important thing is that it's entirely harmless, so don't let it get to you. And just for fun--always for fun--you can sometimes relax in a meditative state, let go of your conscious control, drift into theta waves, and just listen to the conversation. Sometimes you'll get some insightful comments. You might even get into a conversation. And this exercise will increase your sensitivity and ability to tune in. It's hard to get your balance--I tend to drift into theta-wave receptivity to hear the conversation, then rise to alpha-beta waves to consciously process, then allow myself to fall back into theta for more reception. I'm still learning and practicing.
