Upon waking concentrate on working backwards into the dream.... remembering more bits and pieces..... It may help to write it down as you remember..... you can start a dream journal..... with a little practice it will become easier.......

There are also a few herbs you can use to improve dream recall...Calea Zantachichi ( actually known as the dream herb)...... and I also know of an herbal supplement that promotes lucid dreaming and aids in dream recall......

Here is a link to the Webpage for the Supplement..... http://www.Dreamboost.com

I know Quite a few people that have had really good results.... My Girlfirend actually takes it about 4 nites a week....

Good luck with the dream recall thing..... after you practice a while , stop back at this thread and let me know how you are doing with it....

Don't try to remember the whole dream all-at-once.

As you remember your dream in reverse, write down the dream symbols without moving your body. Learn to write in the dark. Feel your bed, there should be heat spots. As you very slowly move your body into these heat spots parts of the dream will come back to you.

If you keep at it you may be able to write your dreams down as you are still dreaming them. Basically the paper will have to be the width of your finger. You write directly under your left index finger, move the finger down, write under the index finger, move the finger down.

When you are fully awake, turn on the lights and see what you have written. Now make it prose.

    damn, girl, you are fine.

i'm the exact same way....and i hate that shit. i will wake up and i'll be like "sweet ass dream...very groovy" and then i'll go to describe it to my friends and i'll just straight draw a blank.
