ok so iv had dreads nearly 6 months and 1 or 2 of my dreads are acually gettin tight the rest are barely knotting but i know they will in time but on all my dreads i have like loose hairs that come out like halfway down the dread or watever and just hang alongside it so i have dreads in the middle, covered by long hair pretty much. its not totally noticable cos i palm roll quite a bit now so they kind of stick to the dread but was just wondering if ther is a good way to get these loose hairs into my dreads?

would hemp wrapping help atall im not sure...

    cheers

Your best bet is a Crotecting hook (Think they use 'em in knitting?) Available at a craft store for a few quid i reckon. Or a latch hook for like a fiver. I must admit I got a dreadHQ one.. but it is really good. Sorta has a hoop that you tie the hair around and it locks when you pull it through the dread..

Wait your in scotland.. theres a lock shop near you.. sec i'll find the link :D

6.50 is a bit of a rip off i reckon.. but they are well worth getting. Worked wonders on my tips. No shipping costs on that though :)

Dreadworx.co.uk do a cheaper one at 4.95 but i don't know how good that is.

Woahh lots of information! Hope that helps :p

    $0

well no i do buy alotta dr bronners & lotsa hats n stuff

no dreads should ever be perfect either they will have hairs sticking out..& loops n lumps & u name it
thats where they get theyre personality
    every 1 like a fingerprint..unique
just leave em be, save your $
go on a trip to the woods for a few months smoke a jiont n relax
    time will do the rest
