Well the negative side effects of any diet is confusing the body. If you consume less than 2100 calories a day, your body will think it's starving to death and your body will do anything to store fat and survive. Your body evolved through 1000's of generations when there was food scarcity and the body evolved to store fat as energy. Today our DNA structure hasn't changed even though food isn't scarced anymore, your body works the same way. You need to eat healthy and not in temporary diets that confuse your body and make it battle itself with fat storage. Read the book: ULTRAMETABOLISM, it will tell you what you need to do to loose weight. Diets don't work. Read and educate yourself. Good luck.!!!
right. your body will lose weight if you diet properly. not eating at all, then stuffing your face later wont do better.
