I HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM REMEMBERING THE NAMES OF OTHER RESEARCHERS WHO TECKNICAL INFORMATION I REMEMBER WORD FOR WORD

 

ANY ONE WHO IS INTELIGENT IS CURIOS AND THAT MEANS THEY WANNA NO JUST HOW SMART THEY ARE

 

Mine is 129. I took a test for it when I was a child.

 

i think i got 120 or thereabouts. my intellegence is centred more toward creative and artistic means, i'm not the most logical person you'll ever meet..

 

I just took a few on the inter net and I got some from 135 to 147

C'mon, people. At least half of you are either lying, or you took some internet IQ test which is inaccurate.

IQ's over 140, let alone 160, are very rare. So either you guys like to lie, or there just happens to be an inordinate amount of highly intelligent people in here, which I doubt is the case, though I suppose I wouldn't say it's out of the question, either.

 

YEAH! what he said. it takes a big person to admit to a 120 something IQ when everyone else here is saying they've got 160's.

 

I have really bad adhd so dsps at my university tested me once I registered for special testing services. Turns out most people with add or adhd have IQ scores well above the national average. I would pick normal inteligence and and no adhd over my high one and frantic baseline behavior.

 

oh my point-I wasn't lying and I did take a real test. I took an EQ one too and scored very low.

 

I took an iq test when I was a kid and it was a little below average if memory serves. Turns out that these tests where sorta puzzles and things about associating shapes, ect... Today I work in a big company (Bell). I earn about 20$ an hour, I have a very good looking and loveable wife, house and we have two cars. Not bad for a retard? Btw, I still suck with puzzles though - I simply hate them...

 

Kind of an ironic post don't ya think? I don't think it's all lying. I think there are too many psuedo-IQ tests floating around the fucking internet these days. My IQ from elementary is 128 but I've done online tests ranging from 120-170. Most of them are more of a test of ones knowledge and not ones IQ.


*edit* I now realize that this has been said. I just didn't want to read through 6 pages of BS IQ's before posting....

 

The test I took in school was just under 130, but I've taken one since school that came out to be 148. Honestly, I don't trust the IQ tests to be accurate enough to really tell how intelligent one is. I don't feel like I'm 148, nor do I feel like I'm at 128. Besides, I tend to embrace wisdom over intelligence.

 

I don't think it really matters much anyway.

When I was in first grade I was borderline retarted.

 

I think a lot of you are lying or are just mistaken. It seems unlikely that there are this many gifted people on the forums.

I took a test on the internet once and it was somewhere around 135 or something. I'm kind of too absentminded to have a high IQ. I kept getting distracted by things during the test and also forgetting that I was even taking a test at all. I am kind of an airhead.

 

well, and there's a lot of people who will take a number of different iq tests then remember what their best score was and "forget" the rest.

my mom and dad paid like a hundred bucks when i was younger to take an i.q. test...which i really dont understand... cause they wanted me to skip two grades in elementary school and they wont let me. odd..

 

136 in eighth grade. They told me I was a creative genius. But I'm too lazy to really create anything.
