Hypothetical situation: the government makes pot possesion a capital offense, along with most other illegal drugs. However, opium (not heroin) is suddenly legalized. Would you be happy with this situation or not?
nah, opium definitly wouldn't be the same, not to mention the fact opium tends to be pretty addictive, and that's not good if you wanna smoke something every day.
Yeah the country would go down the drain if opium was legalized. BTW, nuttbakedgirl, heroin is actually one of the many active chemicals in opium, so, in effect, heroin would also be legalized.
Yes I would be one of the happiest people on the planet. Opiates are by far my favorite drug. And Brian, Heroin is not exactly a chemical present in Opium, Morphine is, as well as Codeine and Thebaine, and Heroin is refined Morphine. So, in a WAY, it is, but technically, it is not really Heroin until it goes through the process of refinement
Would I be "happy with the situation"? No Would I smoke the opium? Legal, available and reasonable in price? Yes.
I'd be pissed and would have to go back to my medicine for my enzyme defficency which made me dizzy and it would suck. However opium is a nice high on occasion.
Hash may very well be added to opium but not to make you more addicted lol THC has no physicaly addictive effects, where as Opiates do, and are probably the MOST addictive substances on earth, next to tobacco and alcohol. Most likely, it would be added to cheapen the lower the quality of the product which would make more profit. But, even that is probably so rare it never happens lol People mix hash with Opium because its the shit
I'd smoke it And I'm sure that if the government legalized opium, they'd also introduce some "Miracle Drug" that would prevent addiction, of course it would cost about $25 per dose.
Yeah I knew there were a bunch of chems in there, but I thought I may have been wrong about the heroin; in which case, I knew you'd drop by to clear it up. lol Morphine is just as bad a H though, if not worse, because people don't expect the same kind of pain and addiction from morph because it's legally prescribed more socially accepted than H.
yea theres no way in hell opium would ever get legalize in the u.s because of what happend to china when opium was introduced there also it make other opiates like heroin alot easier to produce
What kind of random hypothetical situation is that? Why would they legalize opium? Opium is a hard ass drug and thats only red opium..... I think theres another kind thats like Black or white opium and its alot harder stuff. As for smoking it ..... fuck that.
"Red rock opium" is incense, not opium. "China white" opium is also not opium. Pure opium is all the same drug, and its all beauuutifull Ive only ever seen it sold as black tar opium. Although, apparently if you make opium tea and evaporate it your left with opium. Ive never taken the time to evaporate though, does anyone know if this will just give you black tar or something else? But yes, it is very addictive so its something to be careful with
I would not be happy. In the long run, herb is more satisfying to me in many ways, with fewer unpleasant side effects.
I wish I lived in China when they were all dope phens ahhh those woulda been the days, just lay on your side and smoke opium all day.
