The only vitamin I take is a B Complex, every morning.

If you eat a healthy diet as a strict vegetarian (vegan) then the only thing you should be concerned about is vitamin B12. You can get this from a suppliment in pill or spray form, from many fortified foods such as soy, rice, etc milks and cereals, or nutritional yeast.

None ... assuming you do the research in healthy vegetarian diets, and put that into practise. There's nothing in meat that you can't get from a plant sources (well aside from cholestrol and other junk you don't need).

And how do you get them?
By eating a healthy varied diet, it's very simple once you get the hang of it.

    Take vitiamin supplement pills?
    It's your call.
I personally don't, just never felt the need from a health perspective. And I don't like the idea of depending on pills.

I would highly recommend investing in a copy of 'Becoming Vegan' (by Brenda Davis & Vesanto Melina). Even if you don't go vegan it's still really useful.
