Depends were you live really. Im guessing 2c-b to probably be the most prosecuted simply because it is a regulated substance.
2cb, foxy, 2ct7, AMT...all the scheduled ones. To be honest you can get them all just as easy, even if they are scheduled. It doesnt really matter as long as you have a supplier who has them. However, on the off chance that the scheduled ones get confiscated at the boarder by cutoms, you'de probably get a hefty fine and maybe even jailtime dependiong on which state you live in. If they confiscate as the ones illegal only by the analogue act, the DEA sends you a measly little love letter and nothing more.
all RCs will get confiscated... and although I don't know from experience I don't think they give heavy punishments for RCs (even if they are schedule I), just the nasty little letter. Unless of course the substance is in bulk, a precursor to a more illegal substance, or they want to tack it on to a more serious charge (like MDMA possession).
