Well, I use them because that's how I talk in real life. Lots of pauses. ...Only cause that's the way I roll, homie g dawgs.

i do it sometimes, but i try not to do it so much because i dont want people to think i am trying to copy mudpuddle.......
I use it a lot actually. I even notice that I do it and try to do it less. I think I use it when I'm typing a lot because it shows that there is a dramatic pause for effect. If I use it at the end of a sentence it generally means that I'm letting my readers draw their own conclusions. I like to let things be mysterious and the "..." does that. It throws in a moment of silence and a chance to take in what you just read.
