a birthday invitation in St. Petersburg, FL

i'm turning 25 on the 24th of May this year and i'm putting together a big show to celebrate. i've never been successful in getting all of my friends together to jam and party on my special day but, down here in St. Pete, i've just been plugged into a big network of musicians and rainbow family that it seems to me to be the right time to make another attemp.

the music will be from mainly rainbows. Conscious Sound Sytem, Fall On Purpose, and Gypsy Trane are the three groups performing. it's all jamband stuff and i'm hoping to keep the event hippy and rainbow friendly.

the show is at 8:00 pm on Thursday May 24 at Ferg's in St. Pete, just outside Tropicana Stadium. there's no door charge but, for anyone that would like there is a wristband for ten dollars that gets you free draft all night. i hope i can interest you all to come and join us for the party. if possible, i'd like to close the evening with a midnight drum circle and aom. SO BRING YOUR DRUM!!!

Man, i wish it was fri night, i have to work on thurs night, damm. I met a guy from fall on purpose at some show once at jannus landing & bought a cd from him, i like that song that goes "My sister lives in a trailer in pinellis park, by the dairy queen, smell them tater tots cookin', smells pretty dang good to me"
