on grasscity.com it says they are selling magic mushrooms online... my question is are they real or fake
yes there are some websites that will ship you real WET shrooms but as the above poster said only to places where its legal...or not the US atleast.
there are shops who send shrooms to country where this is illegal (in europe), but i don t know if they send them to us.
even if the would send them to the US, they almost always only ship wet (fresh) mushrooms, which have a very short shelf life when unrefridgerated. the week or so it would take to have them sent overseas would most likely ruin them.
and one of the less obvious risks asociated with shipping an illegal item to the US is that the company can bill you, simply not ship it at all, and say that customs just confiscated the parcel. some companies dont specify that they wont ship to countries where the item is illegal, and that customers are simply responsible for know what their local laws state. this does not mean that the company DOESNT know that its illegal for someone to order certain items to the US, and they may be tempted to rip you off and claim that they did indeed ship them, and its not their fault if they didnt arrive.
While no website or distributor will ship mushrooms to the U.S. there are a number of websites that sell grow kits. Buying a grow kit that does not come with mushroom spores shouldn't be a legal issue. I would advise using a discreet seller. If the website looks like is guady and seems exclussively focused on shrooms or looks like something that would garner attention it might not be the best idea. I advise not buying growboxes or confusing groboxes with growkits. These kits come in all different types. The most comprehensive will usually include growing instructions, a means of controlling humitidy, and a chamber for fruiting cakes to be stored in. Mushroom spores can be obtained from a variety of sites and if you look hard enough you'll find that some places will send them to you for free, very discretely. If you don't know anyone you can get mushrooms from then growing a small supply is your best bet. The cost of growing can be decreased depending on how much of the work and materials you are willing to do and aquire yourself. Read some grow guides, make sure you have a sense of what you're doing. Cleanliness is next to godliness, so stay sterile! Also buying supplies yourself and creating your own version of what you would get in a kit is something you can do with cash. Depending on how you feel about using a credit card to buy spores and supplies it might be a better idea to use cash. In regards to pyschedelic use and research its good to remember anything you buy with credit card can becomes part of a personal purchase record linked permanantly to your SSN. Most related purchases slip under the radar but accumulation of such purchases may become suspicious or cause you problems at some future point. If you would rather purchase a precontructed kit online, which i still reccommend, then maybe thinking about purchasng the equiptment or kit under one name and having a friend order the spores.
you're right, i should say most won't. the few that are willing to do so at the consumer's risk though. Meaning if customs grabs them you lose whatever you paid for them.
i disagree again. a reputable vendor will re-send if you show them a copy of the letter from customs.
Well, I have heard of alot of wet mushrooms, philocopher's stones, legal mushrooms with different active ingreediants in them and synthetic versions of them. I'd say they'd have to live up to their word, but like said previously, they cannot be shipped to countries where it is illegal. That means basically all of the Americas. Have a good one :drool:
