    ... I was wondering, what is lack toast and tolerant exactly? i mean how do u know if ur lack toast and tolerant? what r the symptoms? I mean i sorta know, but then again i really dont, i know like u cant have ne dairy products, but y? can someone explain this to me, im clueless. Thanks a bunch, love ya, xoxo
