What is the potential of man/woman?

Powers? Amazing intelect? Incredible talents? Psychic powers? levitation? Immortality? Travel anywhere in the univerese without any vehicle?

Is it possible for one person to achieve this and more?
What would be the work, the denial, the learning process...the surrender?

The book, or the sacrifice?

Most people don't see their religions as a way to gain superhuman powers-- it's not like Jesus will make you into one of the X-men so that you can join the fight against Satan's half-demon half-vampire army.
