I believe that awareness and understanding is something that can be developed through willful conscious thought and deep introspection. I believe that we must look inward before we can even hope to understand the truth about the outside world. After all, our minds (and all the eyes, ears, and other senses connected to them, the body in general) are the true lens through which we see the world, but even they can be changed and shaped not only by external forces but by the free will of the soul. You have the power to change the way you actually think, let's put it at that. Understand that, and you will realize that almost anything is within your grasp.
the truth of the outside world is vast and wonderous . what relationship do you choose to have with this All , or the almost All if you are one aspiring ? this asks what is the root of a philosophy . my root is music/nature which has evolved as nature-language , as all of life speaks . other sorts of people are more entirely human-centric . i rather seem to miss out to the point of feeling stupid about the fine points of soap-operatics and too the exquiste knowledge of those who are humanly as next to godliness . i hear talking wildbirds and such , not everyday though . most days i do play with our nature-language , within , or with fingers piano , or in a traditional walking soft upon the earth .
