My church has put me in the bulletin ( basically a newsletter) about donating clothes to my organisation here is what it said Mission oppurtunity- Please send a donation of mens clothes to Charles brown jr sunday before church.He gives them to the homeless after school.Socks are greatly appreciated. :hurray: :rockon: I have been in a financial situation for the past 35 years, where I have needed the assistance of charitable organizations, and people who want to make sure that all people have clothes to wear. New clothes are very expensive, and I have rarely bought anything new. I have always been so thankful to be able to go to a place where I could clothe myself , my partner, and my five children, and pay very little, or even nothing if that is all I could afford. Recycling used clothing is environmentally positive, and why should anyone throw away some item if it is still in good shape. I have seen this done in elitist neighborhoods in their trash cans, and was dismayed about what we Americans feel we can do. Some people are too proud to even give away their old clothes. Thank you for caring about people who are in need. They are not all street people or homeless, but people who have a hard time fitting in. Misfits, Hippies ,people like me and my family, simple folks who don't have much income, lead a simple alternative lifestyle to the mainstream, and could use the help. Lets share our resources with all of humanity. Recycle Reuse Renew

Wow, Charlie, you're amazing person with the biggest soul!... My parents work in social care and they're working with underprivileged people, so I really appreciate your efforts to help some of them... keep up a good work, friend
