Any one have any similar experieces?

I've smoked salvia many times and it seems that each "full trip hallucination" involes worker kids and/or a factory were the kids work. One time I felt like I was one of the kid workers pushing a mill wheel, another time I went to this place were the kids would push around little wheel barrows and I just watched them, and another time I was stuck inside this huge barrol with lots of other kids and to keep the barrol rolling we all had to laugh and as we laughed the jerkyness pushed us along (that was really cool). Any had any similar experiences or any suggestions to why all my salvia hallucinations involve kids and working??? What does that say about me?

often some mention of brother or kin, someone like a mother overseeing.
almost always the appearance of feathered structures in open eyed visuals
jewelled vision.
frequently i turn around physically, slowly.

 

I seem to notice that salvia has lots very specific effects for each person that are consistant with every use, yet completely different from antoher person's effects. My friend mentioned that the back of his head always feels really weird. As far as I'm concerned while tripping the back of my head doesnt' exist, my head is often resting on the surface I'm sitting on, or pulling on my lip.

 

When I smoke salvia, it is almost the same everytime. At first I feel fine, then I start to realize voices in the background. There are always two people talking, a man a dna woman with english accents, but the man talks to me. The woman always talks about me. They are trying to convince me to put on this suit, and it always goes on, like I can feel it going on me because it is really hot, it feels like a latex body suit. I never get it on the whole way though. THe suit is striped with really small red and green stripes that move. It is really cool. Anyway, the man screams at, me, makes fun of me. He tries like reverse psychology on me to put this suit on.The woman tries to calmhim down and reason with him, and tells him I just need to smoke more and shit like that. Oh yeah, after I trip salvia every time, when I come down, I HAVE to smoke a cig. I can't not, it feels like I might die if I don't.

 

you guys actually see stuff i smoked some what i believe to be 20x had 2 hits and got extremely high for 30 to 45 sec maybe it was longer but i didnt see anything it was my first time just today

 

Yea i you see stuff if heard people just getting high effects from salvia but they were all smoking wrong so thats why

 

yea i know what u mean and i sure as hell didnt smoke it wrong.
i looked up a whole lot of shit on the net about the stuff before i got it
(i got the 5x extract, cost me 28 bucks for a gram of the shit) anyways
when i first tried it i packed a bowl wit the stuff lit it held the lighter over it while inhaling deeply. i held it in for 30 seconds exactly (i timed it on my watch) i didn't feel anything at first but then my vision started goin a bit... i dunno what to call it but different. i started getting really hot, espcially my upper body and was sweating alot (kinda felt a tingly feeling in my arms and back) i was with a friend and i just started laughin hysterically for like a minute. anyways it started to wear off after a few minutes gradually and about 20 minutes it was pretty much gone. anyways alot of ppl on these forums have been talkin about goin on trips and actually hallucinating other ppl and hearing voices and shit like that. now i've tried it like 8 more times but still none of that crap. i mean c'mon if it did any of that kinda stuff it would've been banned by now bein around for so long and all. it could be just me, like my body chemistry don't work with it or somethin. but i highly doubt it does any of the stuff ppl have claimed it's done to them.

 

JayD: I know it sounds hard to believe, but what you've experienced is NOT the "high" feeling you get from smoking it wrong. You were actually somewhere around/between stages 1 and 2 of the salvia experience.

Vision going a bit is the warping of depth perception and textures and things seem more prominent ...

Feeling very hot and sweaty is a VERY common sign among people; it's the biggest complaint of salvia smokers ...

Laughing hysterically or saying other things are also fairly common; my friend just kept yelling "Dude, dude dude dude dude ..." for a little over a minute the first time he tried it. It's not uncommon.

The problem you are having is that you are not smoking *enough* salvia. I suppose how much you have to smoke is dependent on how much of a hard-head you are to the plant, but I had to smoke 2 bowls of 5x extract (though I have problems holding it in for long ...) in order to get to stage 3. You need to find a way to smoke a lot more of it in a short time; try an ice-water cooled bong or something.

Hearing voices, and going on full-trip hallucinations happens at stage 4 and 5. You're only at 2, tops. That's a good gauge of how far you have to go; your "high" feeling isn't a high feeling at all, it's just the salvia. These effects do only last for a short time (5 to 10 minutes at the most) and they also gradually fade over about 20 minutes.

Oh and by the way, in response to why salvia isn't banned ... it's in the process of becoming banned right now (there is a bill in Congress), and it was only recently discovered ... it hasn't been around long like opium and cannabis have, and it's only ever been used in meditation/religious ceremonies, since it's nowhere near a party drug. But yes, it IS on its way to becoming banned, so don't think the myths are fake.

The back of my head always feels weird as well...also, i seem to have no periferal vision...i have tunnel vision i suppose you could say....today when i was tripping, i felt like i couldn't move..and i felt like i was recieving telepathic messages from 3 beings in my room, of which i couldn't see...yet, i could tell they were of human origin...one, i could tell was female, and although i was not actually hearing the message, but rather recieving it mentally, i knew it was coming from the air conditioner unit in my window....she was telling me that i had to go somewhere with Michael, who seemed to be the being that i believed to be at my left...the other being was in back of me...this one did not transmit any messages to me, and like the rest, i could not see him either...yet i somehow still knew he was there.... this whole time, the fact that i had smoked the salvia had never crossed my mind, and when i looked at my bong, i had no clue what it was or why i was holding it...this was by far, the weirdest experience i've had with it, as the other times it did not work too great

 

fuck! all those experiences sound awesome...though i know i'd be a bit scared of trying salvia or any other psychedelic but i'd be up for it if i was in the right state of mind.
I've had weird experiences on weed alone, imagine what would go on in my head if i tried stuff like that...whoa!

 

ye, salvia is an extremley power full drug. the first time i smoked it i absolutely shit myself cuase it was my first experience with psycodelics and i kept thinkin i would b permenetly stuck in this frame of mind. I was sweating and breathing really fast. But i'm really glad i decided to try it again cause after that it was the mopst incredeble thing......


oh yeah, sumtimes the same amount of salvia and the same method and everything can get some1 abolutely fucked, like stage 5. wereas it could get some1 else bairly to level 2. the seseptibility (sp?) to salvia is huge, u just got to cross ur fingers and hope you are really seseptible to it and get to level 5 each time..........good look, lol

Something that I aslo felt that I didnt put in that experiance was that the sides of face from the temples down to the middle of my neck felt like something tingly... it felt really nice.
