i could recognize her by the sinking in my stomach
the sinking in my stomach an unwritable thing
in the grind of the unwritable the copywrite office
    anxious by now, SIX WEEKS!
untill ive translated this supersonic summer into a single phrase -
    "FALLING THROUGH!"
falling through as in mirror with a ledge
or a title for the volume of my collected regrets
    nothing punctuates,
let down like the worn roof of a deja vu
spinning the same situated you - i havent put down the line in every crowd-
throwing expensive flowers at where her feet would be
and im blinded by the blinking of the LIT MARQUEE!

whats a pretty girl like you down in a place like this?
