i've even read the FAQ...and looked everywhere but i can't figure out how to change the title below my username where it says 'member'

how can i change this?

Mine took a few hours to register to Senior Member. Don't sweat it. If it's not there today. Take a break from the computer and then tomorrow, come back on and then it'll be there. And you can change it, lol.

Try loggiong out of Hip Forums. Wait ten minutes and smoke some pot. Then log back into Hip Forums... try doing that. Maybe it'll work.

 

I was only able to change it when I became a Hipforums Supporter... So I dunno, maybe it is available to everyone now.

Go to the sidebar on the left and go to edit profile or avatar or something...

 

Mine let me do it right when I got 1000 posts. I don't see why it wouldn't let you by now, maybe it's changed since then?

 

mine didn't let me do it until i had like 1,050 posts so just wait a little while

 

I got mine at 1200.

I am pretty sure it lets you at 1100. That is when you become a senior member I believe.

 

senior member is 1000 posts. From the drop down menu select "your options" then on the left side bar select "edit profile". fill out the form under custom user title. taylor has the right idea. For those who aren't senior members but wanna change their user title, donate to the forums!!!

 

^^^I don't know about that. I am past 1000 and not a senior member. I am pretty sure it is 1100 or 1050.

 

you can be pretty sure of whatever you want, but on this site 1,000 posts is senior member. 0-99=guest 100-999=member 1000+=senior member. If you have 1019 posts and are concerned about nott having senior member status give it 24 hours from the time of your 1000 post for maintenance to complete the change.

Ahh cool. Truthfully I do not care what I am. I see no advantage as senior member.
