Where can I buy 'drugs'?

Some of my co-workers at the Greenhill Burger'n'Grill told me about something called 'drugs'. They told me you can reach another state of mind and I would like to try it. However, I have been informed that these 'drugs' are illegal.

So how the <bleep> can I get them if they are illegal and who makes them?
