you should go see a doctor, is what you should do. i wouldnt recommend scrubbing hard at any spots or rashes though

If you sweat a lot, it could be prickly heat rash, or something of the sort. But I agree w/ Allonym. You should definitely see a doc just to rule out anythng more serious.

Use natural soap. I know a lot of people get excema & the like from negative ingredients in soap-- esp. in the U.S. At least the U.K. is a little better.
Try Dr. Bronner's soap & follow up with a natural, basic moisturizer/emollient like cocoa butter, shea butter, or jojoba (all plain, not just IN something). Maybe one of these? http://botanical.com/products/salves/salves.html

Also, maybe you need a water/shower head filter. I was getting rashes a while ago from the chlorine in water, then I got a filter & it cleared up. Maybe check that out. Should be about 30 bucks (hell if I know in the U.K.) at MOST in a hardwear store.

    Hope that helped.

& yeah, you'll have more luck in the HEALTH forum.
