Hey, just a tip for you all

    Drawing one absurd painting a day is good for your mental health.

    It don't even have to be absurd, it can be just a drawing. But drawing something absurd is always more fun. :)

    No matter if you are skilled with drawing or almost never done it before; just pick up a piece of paper and a pencil, and let your imagination lead you.

    Maybe you will find that it makes you feel better

    Dancing is also good for your soul. It sets you free. I'm not talking about professional dance, but just moving your body to the rhythm of the music. It has helped me alot.

    ya its always really good to find some kind of hobby to do with someones disorder. It can really help making my life and everyone elses happy. For me its music, playing music, smoking cannabis, and long boarding. Friends help so much 2
