Would you buy cigarettes for a minor if they gave you the money for it? How about alcohol or rolling papers? If they asked nicely of course...around where I live most adults do. But if I was over 18 I would feel a little conflicted unless I knew the youngin in question.
I would never buy cigarettes for underage children. It is common knowledge that cigarettes are hazardous to a smoker's health and are extremely addictive. Also, I would not want to run the risk of being penalized for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. After all, is it that hard to simply wait until one is eighteen years old to begin smoking?
i would never buy cigarettes for anyone. and i never buy alcohol, so they can go get their own with a fake id. and .. do you have to be a certain age for rolling papers? huh, i never bought mine.. well, i would go find some missionary, ask for a bible and give it to the kid (thats a LOT of rolling paper). *sidenote: if this was my child, the answers would be different. they would go as following: cigs: no alcohol: yes, but only if they sleep wherever they drink rolling papers: hell yes, my children would deserve only the best quality (just joking, i'd probably still do the bible thing, but i would buy a pipe for them if they wanted.
I was at a gas station once, and this kid, couldn't have been more than 12 or 13, asked me to go in buy him a pack of cigs. I took his money, went inside, and asked the people in line if they had a kid waiting outside, and that he was asking me to buy him smokes. Well, his mother was in line, and asked me to point him out, cause she had three kids. I followed her outside, and the kid was her son. SHe took his pants down in the lot, and beat the shit out of him in front of everybody. I gave her the money he gave me, and she proceeded to go back inside and buy two bars of soap, which I then watched him eat. It was pretty funny, and I sure hope the kid learned his lesson. So no, I won't buy a kid cigarettes. As far as alcohol goes, it depends. My friends all drink some, and when we have underage friends, I will let them drink, as long as they are like 16 or older, and if they are normally responsible people. But I do take their keys and they stay there for the night, and they get cut off when they've had enough.
Pft... I buy my own stuff. By the way, you can get condoms at any age. I remember me and my friend were going to a party and we went up to the gas station we go to a lot to buy rubbers and only had like 3 bucks between us so we just bought one pack. The dude thought we were gay for the next month lol
I plan to, I honestly do. I probably won't just buy a pack for some random kid, but if I'm talking to someone for a decent amount of time, so I can get an idea of where they really are, sure, I'd buy them a pack or two. Anyone can buy condoms, btw.
No I wouldnt do that. Unless the kid was 17 and could show me his I.D. and proove it....then maybe. Actually, no probably not unless the kid was 17 and I knew them. I know when I was 17 a girl I knew at work who was 22 would buy me cigs when I had trouble getting them myself. I dunno if its because I grew up in a large city or what, but I never had trouble buying my own cigs....and I started when I was 12. Of course, some gas stations were easier than others to get them from. Rolling papers....nah, wouldnt do it.Alcohal I would not have to think twice.....I would tell the kid to fuck off
Wel over here pretty much anyone can go and buy cigarettes. I mean im 15 and me and my friends have no trouble buying any. But no if i was old enough and a kid asked me to buy them some, no fucking way. Better not start. And alcohol... yeah i would, i mean if they seemed ok and nice kids just wanting to have a gd time. Not rudes or nethign tho.
no, I wouldn't. My mom bought cigarettes for me starting at age 14 when she found out I smoked. Now I'm 22 and addicted to them and having a very difficult time trying to quit. I wish she hadn't done that. So, I wouldn't either.
First I'd explain to the kid that my father died of lung cancer even though he had quit smoking cigarettes. He was only 66 years old. I don't smoke tobacco so I would never buy it for anyone else no matter what age. Under eighteen - I'd be asking if your mother knows where you are and what you are doing. Talking up the jailbait can only lead to real trouble for any adult. Best to avoid that situation altogether. The short answer is no.
Also, my family knows people who have never smoked, yet have lung cancer simply from second-hand smoke. It really does no one any good to smoke. I did a paper on the effects once, and the statistics that you can find are amazing. People are dropping dead constantly...
Cigarettes - maybe - I guess I make a judgement call when the person asks, I've gone both ways in the past and don't have a problem with buying smokes for an individual that is grown up. alchahol - yup - just returning the favor really, keeping good times alive for the next generation. But it is important to be responsible as a drunk person can very easily hurt others. I wouldn't buy alchahol for a child though, only grown people. But I was the oldest of a few of my friends and had no problem buying.
Actually, no, there isn't a lot of rolling paper in the bible. There are TONS of rolling paper in there, but the fact is, there's a shit load of ink all over it all. Now, there are a few pages in the back that are blank, but most aren't.
its still a lot cheaper. fuck, if ink is such a problem for them, then they can steal real rolling paper
