*What is the limit in Canada/United States? is pot completely illegal? I had heard that in canada you are allowed to carry 5 grams or less...is this true?

*Is it illegal to actualy be high? or is it just possesion that they get ya?

*Can a cop search my belongings if they are in sight? like a backpack? without a warrant?

*How much weed is needed to get charged for intent to distribute?

*If they find empty "baggies" can they charge me with possesion?

I don't know about canada, but in the states, pot is completely illegal unless you live in a state that recognizes it as a medicine and have a medical card allowing you to smoke it.

Yes they can. In the states they call it probable cause, how they can legally search your belongings without a warrant. Most of us in the states call it paranoid abuse of authority.

Again, depends on what state you live in and how harsh the pot laws are there. If you had enough of them (baggies) and no shopping bags around with food in them, wad of cash or even a couple of hundreds, yes they could bust you for suspicion of intent.

ok how about narcs? (im realy paranoid) Do you think they would be around our small town? (there is only one highschool and our population is of 12,000)or do narcs deal with heaver drugs in large ammounts? I know its kinda off topic be please help

 

All having that much on you at a time without having it split into several baggies with the intent to sell means, is when you get busted with that amount on you, you get busted with that much on you. Tell them it's for personal usage and you may just get a ticket.

Yes narc's are all over small towns. They will bust big time dealers and small time users. Small towns are the worst.

 

Why would cops waste their time going around trying to bust small time users?
