I am going to SHOOT myself... this is HORRIBLE!!!!

...oh my god... I have just DELETED my entire iTunes folder, like 2000 songs... and of course I do not have my cds with me... and I also deleted ALL my pictures from my computer I wanna die.

I didn't realize I was logged on a temp folder and I moved everything into it... thinking it was my new thing... PERMANENT tho. But no. It's gone!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm seriously gonna have to pay for Smart Undelete or something for my pics and an iPod to iTunes software... like 15 bucks and 25 bucks for the Smart Undelete. My pics are sooooo important to me, and of course, I do not have my photo albums with me either... btw don't even ask, about where they are.

This is awful.

thanks guys I already have Smart Undelete but I have to buy a key to fully recover my files... and not just the image or whatever they call it. This sucks but, I have to do it. I'm such an idiot. Why can't I READ, before I logged on, I got this pop-up thingy telling me something and it probably was warning me that I was logging into a temp folder - obviously it looked new and I thought... oh... okay... whatever... wow. KILL ME NOW

no, because the way I deleted everything is that I logged on a temporary user account because apparently my regular one is corrupt for some reason... but I didn't realize it was a temporary folder, I thought it just created a new one for me... so I moved all my important stuff from the hard drive into my new account, and when I turned off my computer and turned it back on I realized the account I had just moved everything to was temporary hence all the fils GONE.

 

Bummer man..... I don't know what I would do if I lost the music thats on my PC. These 1,787 songs get me by the day.

When I went to Philly last year to see Bob Dylan in concert, I took pictures all over the city. lol it was my only way of remembering what I did. But dumbass me accidently deleted every fuckin picture I took while I was there. Luckily one of the guys I was with let me bum the pics he took.

 

if you have a PO box I can send you a killer CD that works under Linux but looks like XP that offers a few recovery programs that work well. The biggest thing is do not DL anything more right now to avoid destroying the old deleted files.


As for a keycode look on Limewire.com for key codes or complete prigrams.

aww thanks guys well I bought the key already and I'm just about to recover my files... I'll let you know how it went! If it doesn't go well I'll have to use a program to upload my music from my iPod to my computer... and for the pics well... half of them I have printed, some are on the internet... but a lot will be lost
