I found these orange-red gelcaps that say PMS on one side, and 100 on the other side. They're like oval-shaped. I looked on google and pillid and all that shit but couldnt find anything... Just wondering if someone else here has had em. I got them from a pill bottle that had no label on it and these were filling the bottle.

Ugh Diphenhydramine. Not fun, not at all. There isn't any Acetominaphan in Tylonal PM though. Anyway. I've never seen or heard of prescription gel pills. There's a difference between gels and gelcaps. I'm not really sure which you're talking about, but form your first post it sounded like gelcaps. You should pop one open and see if it's powder or little pellets. That could at least help identify whether its time-release or not. Providing a picture would be extremely helpful though.
