Alright, well just recently I have come home from somewhere ( i cannot really say where ) from which does not allow any illegal substance to be injested. Well its been about a year since I've smoked or done anything besides drink. I am very athletic and run about 2 miles a day and work out. I am 20 years old, about 5'7 and weigh about 160. Anyways back to the question. On the way home I smoked 2 hits off a pipe, it wasnt hydro it was only reggie. I guess it does kinda make a difference considering the amounts of THC in the different types of weed. This was tuesday. After that on friday I smoked again, only 3 hits this time. But it was hydro and one of those hits was off a bong. Then saterday and sunday I smoked a lil bit more. In all I believe I smoked an equvilent of a blunt of weed. I have a lil while till I can expect a drug test, but I dunno maybe I'd like a lil re assurance. I go back to my job on the 16th and I'd like to know with the drinking of only water until that day and a lil more working out that usual will take care of it.
It's not drinking only water that day... it's drinking a lot of water a couple hours before hand. You should be fine. Take some vitamin C to color you piss.
yea i was thinking the same. I work out all the time and I think that a weekend of smoking after not smoking for almost a year, I'll be fine. Thanks for the comfurt. It would suck if I failed a test but i think ill be fine. My next test will probably be the 22nd of this month so i think i have a good amount of time to get it out. Thanks
If you want to get it out of your systum and be 95% sure its out go to your local GNC and buy Golden Seal Tea or another tea that cleans your body and filters your systum, I use to use Golden Seal Tea when I was on probation and it worked every dam time. alot of my friends have used it with great results also. I heard that some drug test will test for it now so watch out. also it really sucks drining the shit you have to drink 2 or 4 gallons of it 6 hours before the test I belive it is, and belive me it sucks you get so dam bloated and the taste is not that great eather. If you really want to be sure that is your best bet, they might also have easier stuff to take now I think there are pills out now that clean out all the drugs in your systum ???? Yeah a few buddies of mine have used Golden Seal countless times and it always works for them. I think thats probably your best bet if you want to be almost 100% sure that you'll pass.
I doubt it is the gold seal tea that makes it work... it's probably just the amount of water you have to drink. I bet gold seal tea colors you piss (like vitamin c) though. The reason I have doubts is because THC is fat soluble, and will not be stored anywhere that gold seal tea can just "wash" out. Gold Seal will work with most drugs though (since most drugs are simply water soluble).
