I learned that leg pressing 88pounds(Which admittidly isn't that much but enough for me), 120 times consequtively, hurts! Damn you endurance tests. My legs feel like jello.
Oh yeah, I've already thought of that. I did a lot of walking today, so I'm hoping it wont be to bad. Haha, the things I do to myself.
It's part of my weight training. I did it at the beginning and now, to see how much I've improved. You just go until you can't go anymore. When I first started in Feb. I could do thirty, now I can do 120.
