You know what happened today? I was stopped by the police patrol on the road and I was told I passed on red light while driving my car. It was not true! I am certain it was green, I drive car since 2000 and I have no penalties. They didn't prove anything - I was not recorded on video, so they know they can do anything with me. I am like a toy in their hands. Perhaps they expected me to give them a bribe. Is such thing possible in your country, whatever your country is? BG Police SUCKS! Really SUCKS! And the traffic policemen are the most corrupted faggots anywhere in the world. Is there justice in this world? I don't think so!

Don't feel bad, this happens commonly in USA. They make up a lie to pull you over and hope that they can find some reason to search you and your car once they have you, or at least make you THINK they have a reason.

It seems to be a sickness within the police forces of the world. They can and will do ANYTHING THEY WANT, and get away with most of it. And the trouble with that is they WANT to do rotten things to people. DON'T try to bribe them!!!!!!!! That's illegal too. The worst police here in the states are the State Police. They run everything. The town cops are mostly for giving traffic tickets and warnings in town, the County cops are mostly for show and if the State cops want a few extra hands. The State cops don't have to answer to anybody except themselves. They make all the decisions and do 90% of the traffic pullovers. The only guys who can shut down the Staties are the FEDS and the State cops DON'T like it when the Feds get involved in something because it clips their wings. It's ALL evil. And people keep on thinking that somehow the cops are protecting them from SOMETHING, and keep on calling them for things even tho all they do is cause trouble...

It seems Police officers do anything they want, not only in my country, but everywhere in the world. And the naive people like my grandfather still consider them as "the defenders of the law".
Yesterday, after that ridicule with me I went to the Police station to make an objection against these two officers. "May be you were right, may be not, the only way to prove you are right is to do an action against these officers in the court, but believe me - you don't have a chance to prove anything. It may become even worse for you" he said. So even if there are not any evidence against me (video record) the policemen are considered right, because they are two and because are officers and because one of them is the witness and I am considered wrong and even I may be considered a lier, because I dare to doubt in their professional skills and impartiality.
I think the whole system is well build against people. There are wonderful preconditions for corruption from the usual police officer, through his chief to the lawyers and judges. The system works perfectly for them and bad for me and others like me. So what will change? Nothing! Obviously the best I can do is to forget about that case, to close my eyes. And others like me are expected to do the same. Welcome to the society of the blind people, who don't protest, because noone can hear them. It is like George Orwell's book "1984" - totalitarian world where the truth and justice are invisible.

Anytime you allow a person to have power you stand the chance of that person abusing it sadly. It happens alot in many countries. In the US just do as the police, purchase a dash camera with sound, when pulled over clearly point out the system and I assure you that officer will be 100% top notch with you complete with yes sir and no sir.

Hui-Cho, it seems that you are suffering of the hate-need illness. Why do you think americans hate Korea? Because of that korean guy who shot 32 people in Virginia? I don't think you are right. Perhaps you just need to consider yourself hated by any nation in the world. I don't hate Korea, I have many Samsung electronics at home and they work perfect. Should I begin to hate Korea if my Samsung TV fails to work?
May be in Britain, Norway and Sweden police officers are not corrupted. I've been in Oslo in December 2006, and also in Malmo (that's in Sweden) - I am charmed with how disciplined are the drivers there. The penalty fine for not putting the seatbelt there is 510 krones (about 90 U.S. dollars), but I doubt this is the only reason for the low corruption level among police officers in these countries.

People being intimidated and giving up is the WORST thing to do, because it will never stop that way. I find if you stand up to them and do it "officially" as well as "publicly" so that it's not just you against the machine, they have a tendancy to back off. Here is an examle of what is being done in THIS community to fight them. And the hidden things that come out in the open are amazing. http://www.calhoununderground.wordpress.com

Don't back down. We ALL need to fight them, they are NOT your friends.

Then why would they want to be police officers, no matter how small the power it will eventually corrupt. There is a train of thought that runs like this amongst police officers and you will find this is so true. A corrupt officer will ask you to do something to help him, in a way which is corrupt. this small corruption on your part means he now has a hold over you and you will not so easily shop him. Your colleagues now find it more easy to manage you and you will not become a whistleblower and go running to the press about your bosses because they know all their officer can be dragged through the dirt ! No-one in the police is innocent

Ok now I am emporer of the universe so I know something about power and corruption.

If not all police are yet corrupt, by the time they retire every one of them will know they did corrupt things just to meet their quota and deadlines.
Ho ho ho ! the world is a savage dog-eat-dog place even in the life of an law enforcement officer. We all have to kill or be killed my son

wahahahahaha I am in awe of myself sometimes I see exactly how evil works

(laughs manically and hysterically for a long time - fade out to next thread)

I am certain it does not work that way. I met ONE good cop. Once. He was a new guy on the force. He was SMART. He was SO human and SO polite and caring that I ended up asking him what posessed him to become a police officer. He told me because he wanted to help people. He only lasted a couple months on the force...
Even the so-called "good" cops have to work with the "not good" cops on a daily basis, and even if they TRY as hard as they can to be good, they are working side by side with corrupt people. They become aware of the corruption sooner or later unless they are deaf dumb and blind. If they do not IMMEDIATELY quit their job and report the corrupt practices, they become complicit. If they report on their fellow cops, or worse yet their superior officer, they will find it impossible to keep on working with them, and so they find themselves jobless. The police are a very tight knit GANG. They separate themselves from the rest of the world by profession. They rarely if ever get in any real trouble for their wrongdoings because they only supervise their organization within their organization. They don't want any outside infuences messing up their little group. Many of them have military training to boot, which makes them even more dangerous. I'd swear there is something wrong with police that takes away their humanity.
Police ARE dangerous. And they "ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND". That's a direct quote from a cocky, young, manipulative, and evil State Trooper in Roane County WV. The same one who felt it necessary to grope an innocent 20 year old girl passenger in a pulled over car, call her a "****-whore-bitch" and then tell her he wasn't her friend...
Or how about the Trooper who searched my neighbors house without a warrant because he just wanted to be nosey and told the neighbor if he wouldn't let him in, he'd just go back and get a warrant and search the house anyway and then he "WILL find something"...
Didja know that State Troopers ONLY have to have a GED? That means that Johnny-Law-Couldn't-Make-It-In-School-For-One-Reason-Or-Another may be an idiot and is the one who is charged with the responsibility of carrying guns AND being allowed to use them on PEOPLE if they THINK it's necessary, making quick and sometimes life altering decisions, Handling toxic waste items (meth labs and florescent lights etc.), AND basically being in charge of YOU, and there is a very good chance that the cop who just pulled you over for "left of center" has a far lower IQ than you do. That makes them even more dangerous. Sorry, I CAN NOT STAND cops. I've made it a mission to expose police wrongdoings to the masses, and it is AMAZING that people just go on thinking they are just OK. Those people have become complicit in the corruption as well.

Yeah, they're nothing but a bunch of grown up men who can't quit playing "cowboys and injuns". :) These people basically are the types who have a deep NEED to be empowered with a gun and a badge, and a BACK UP. lol.

They abuse the public trust all the time, especially preying on the weak and defenseless, and getting paid with public funds on top of that.
Just look at the recent abuse committed by the L.A. cops.

Power corrupts. Give idiots with barely a GED educational background a gun and a badge and the "authority" to go around to basically play "god" and you have the right ingredients for abuse.

Im not disagreeing with anyone that the majority of police out there are corrupt.

    Earthmother, I agree with you...

But...all im saying is that hate is bad.

Its bad for the police officers to act the way they do, and its bad to hate them for acting that way.

    Conquer hate with love o_O

That's nice, but maybe not so realistic in some cases. In this context it's too much like the "support the troops" thing. "They're just following orders......"

Yes, on some utopian karmic level hate can be conqured with love. Absolutely. But we are protesting something, and in order to protest something we are most likely going to not like it first. The world actually runs on opposites and sometimes "hate" can be used very constructively towards a good end if it is used to fuel an honorable cause in an honorable fashion. Hate is a horrible thing, poisonous actually. But in all truth, I HATE police, because I hate what they do. I hate their jobs. I hate how disrespectful and cruel they are. I hate their lies and manipulations. I hate how they treat people, and I hate it that they bring out the emotion of hate in me in a way nothing else does. And so by all this hating, I am driven to do something GOOD for the GOOD of all humans by trying to help people to see what is really happening and what they are really all about. I hate it enough that they don't scare me (any more) and I am driven to bring out the truth about just how the citizens are victimized by the Police force. I hate it enough to speak out in public, and on the internet, and in the media. The hate is what keeps my momentum and courage going. That and I know I'm not wrong. I know I could be a target for their wrath at any moment, believe me. The legal establishment around here are fully aware of my dislike and my obsession for the truth in these matters. No one likes to have their flaws broadcast to the world. But so far so good. I believe they are giving me a wide berth at the moment, and the local magistrate has suddenly bent over backwards to be polite and "helpful"(for the first time ever).....

Rambling. Juust remember, there is a place for all emotions if they are used right.

this one female cop came into mcdonald's once, and she was so sweet. it comes down to humanity, really. if you're a really good person, putting on a uniform won't corrupt you. unfortunately, those who lie and like to exploit people-generally just bad people-are attracted to power. what's one way to get power? become a police officer. there was some troublesome, mean kids that went to school with me that went to police acadamy after they graduated. personally, i think the only way one should become an officer is if one has a spotless record. laughs, but then there might be a lot less cops then, wouldn't there?

    Anger is an energy !
It makes for change for you and me
    when the revolution comes
when the good imprison the riot police
when the winters over and you get what you need
passion and anger arent the enemy
thats a good old dose of apathy
    Love is ignorance
