I am disabled and due to the fact I am on high dose of pain med's, my doctor offered to get me a MMP card 2 years ago. Since then I never had troubles about pot from anyone in the 18 Apts in the 3 floors. I had a person leave a threatening note today "to call the cops If he smells pot again" No name on it as most do that leave notes no tap at door either. Also its a gray area about smoking outdoors and the cops are told to tell us do at home works in my favor. One time I was walking home with weed and was smoking in street last year, The police they said Get the weed-Take it home-Use at home I have been doing just that in my second year. Man what ever happen to don't with mess me I don't with you. Or your home is your haven. Nowadays every nit-wit wants to ruin another's life. Since mid 90s before prop 216 it was put on the the lowest priority list. In SF cops will do the right things as long as I have not broken any rules of MMP programs which I would never do since I save 15-20 off top grade weed.

What's the worst that can happen if they do call the cops? The cops come and question you and you show them your card, and the person who called them feels stupid. I say keep smoking and don't worry about them.
yeah man everyones got the right idea on here you have the card and you've followed the rules, your golden man. just sit back, smoke a fatty and watch the pathetic look on whoevers face it is when the cops "thank" them for wasting their time.
I am not worried about it, I have my mmp card I need to show and yes it would make the person calling look like a fool.
id say just use a spoof and smoke by the window. Its not that much of a hassle and its better than pissing off your neighbors.
Put up another note. write: "I'm sick, i have a perscription. Do you throw people out of wheel chairs too?"
