Yeah so my ex best friend forgot the alarm code to my fuckin house..so the cops came and of course everything was out..so they found a bong, a pipe, and about a 1/2 oz of weed..so he blames it all on me and says its all mine..soo i'm not really sure whats going to happen to me..i haven't heard anything yet and i'm a bit worried..can anyone enlighten me?
The cops didn't arrest you right then and there? Did they take your stuff? Oh and you should seriously kick that guys ass.

Well its been like 2 weeks and i still haven't heard anything...and yeah i said it was his..but i never actually talked to the cops..i heard this all from the assistant principal at my school...but yeah i live in Austin, Texas
I feel really bad for you man. You live in texas and they have the hardest laws on weed. This one guy went to jail for 15 years on his second weed possesion offense and it was just 1 joint. You'll probaly get 3 years of probation with constant drug testing and community service and have to take drug classes. Oh and if you fail a drug test on probation you will server jail time cus texas is gay. I live in CA and I might get busted but cali is not harsh on possesion. I know this about texas cus this huge group of people from texas was on the news complaining about this and writing to texas's government and shit.
Why did he need the alarm code? Was he breaking into your house? Why did you leave the stuff out when you went out, and why didn't he put it away when the alarm went off?
no. i gave him the keys and thought he remembered the alarm code. but he didnt. and i just left everything out cuz i wasn't expecting any of this to happen. and he left them out because hes a complete idiot.
