If you havent heard em u should go out and by their cd. I really like their song castles of sand. this band was discovered by Bradly Noelle of Sublime and produced by skunk records which i thought was pretty cool. Has any1 else heard of them?

<sarcasm> Nope, never heard of em... </sarcasm> hehehe but seriously, you need to see them live. It's fucking incredible. Especially if you're fortunate enough to witness them perform an acoustic set. Speaking of which, go buy the "Acoustic Roots" album, it's fucking insanely good... trust me, you'll thank me. To check tour dates and buy the album, just go to http://slightlystoopid.com

    peace,

They are a really fun band to listen to and they have some really good tunes. I think their popularity have flourished since Collie Man has come out.

I am the only one I know who listens to them. But the more I listen to them the more I love their music. They are like sublime, bone thugz n harmony, led zeppelin and bob marley all rolled into one big fat spliff. The biggest thing I love about them is the different styles they show song to song. From old roots raggae to acoustic led zep style shit, blues, newer raggae dub/rap/rock blend, even punk rock. Throw the word genre out the window, thats what I'm talkin about

I LOVE SLIGHTLY STOOPID. cept for their punk shit. I'm not too into that. It's just so different from their mellow chill reggae/ska/acoustic/hiphop flavour.

Saw them on the Roots,Rock and Reggae tour a couple of years back. Prompted me to pick up thier cd's. Saw the last tour with Pepper. Anyone heard of them. Good show, but felt like an old fart, most of the crowd seemed like teenagers. It was supposed to be a over 21 show

The only kids I can find in my area that know of them is my group of smokin' buddies. We always play Officer and skank at parties. I think 'Everything You Need' is my favorite album by them. Their not touring right now, but I can't wait to go see them.

I never heard of them till a few months ago when I ran across an old Sublime Concert poster. Stoopid was one of the opening acts and I thought the name sounded cool so I checked them out. 'I'm So Stoned' was the first track I heard, and they quickly bacame one of my favorite bands. I've probably burned 50 Stoopid cd's to just leave around at random friends houses, and give out to anybody that looks like they'd enjoy the music because it seems NO ONE AT ALL has even heard of them around here.

Do they get any radio play? Here in Eastern MA I've never heard them mentioned on any type of rock station and there are no stations geared towards Ska&Reggae.
