What would concernd me is jewlery making condom use less effective. This is implying that it has healed enough so that it does not hurt the person who got it done. I have cartilidge piercings which occationaly hurt if they get knocked around. I would imagine the same effects would happen to a piercing on a penis. If one were to allow the jewlery near another person's privates it would probably be in the best interest to tighten all closings on the jewlery. Also could help if the jewlery was not awkwardly poking and hurting another's orfice,(well unless one was into pain.) Whatever floats one's boat.
