Anyone in Oklahoma?

I hate this damn red state. There are no hip people. Everyone is a hateful Bible-thumper. Anyone here a slave to the palins too?

Ugh, I lived in the panhandle growing up. It's called the "Bible Belt" for a reason...

 

I'm in okc. Just recently joined.

 

im in edmond. but we're moving sometime soon, to tennessee. i've met tons of hip people!

 

there aren't many hip people here only because they all move to california. i moved there myself, got back and my dad put me into a psych ward cause of it. don't ask me why.

i live in tulsa. the reason why i hate it here is because it's so nasty, dry, and HOT. ugh.

You know, I've found that there aren't so many of these so called "bible-thumpers". Maybe it's because I find the right people to hang out, but I've been realizing recently that not all of these people are as bad as they're made out to be.

There are some of these close-minded people, yes, but not everyone is like that.

 

I'm from Oklahoma. Born and raised. I am also a Christian. I don't have a problem with Christians. I have a problem with religious people. There is a big difference. Religious people are very closed minded and put GOD on a stick. There are alot of religious people here in Oklahoma. There are also alot of shi- kickers here. I can't stand this state or the shi- kicker/ religious attitudes. I have not been able to find very many cool people in this state. That is one reason I am on this forum today. I'm trying to find some cool people who live here. I am in Pauls Valley. Are any of you cool cats my way?
