I was looking for some ether to use recreational. I got some ether for medical use and was wondering if that is the kind you use for that.

Could anyone tell me the avarage dose in ml?

I cant tell you for sure if thats the right stuff, a pic of the container perhaps?

Ahh, ether. Its bad. Don't get me wrong, I've done it a bunch of times. Expect to smell like you just chugged a bottle of vodka for a few hours. As for dosage, its pretty hard to fuck it up from what I've seen. we'd soak the fucking rag in ether and start breathing it, often passing out with the rag draped over our faces. I don't reccomend doing this, obviously its a bad idea but fuck, i was 15. It made sense at the time . . .

I can hear the cries of millions of brain cells being exterminated just thinking about it . . .

Smell like vodka? more like gasoline. That shit is bad news. I'm thinking that shit was the cause of my fucked up nerves today. Do it if you want but i wouldn't recommend it.

I'm not gonna do this often, i just want to try this once, cause i know it's bad for you.

can't take pic of container, but this is what it sais:

    farmaciy P.Staelens
    adres and shit
    _______
    ETHER
    _______
Usage externe (or use outside of body)

That's all the container sais. For the rest it's a brown glass bottle.
It smells like the stuff the docter puts on you before giving you an injection (in matter of fact, i think this is the shit they put on you in hospitals)

Is this the right kind of ether? Cause i've heared of raw ether and another one, wouldn't want to inhale the wrong one.

Well, its for external use only like it says. So no, its not likley meant to be used as the inhaled anesthetic. It's up to you. I'd probobly do it . . .

I don't think ether is ment to be inhaled anywayz,

so I don't think there is an anestethic that's ment to be inahaled.
If it burns away that much of your brain cells i doubt doctors will use it to be inhaled.

Anywayz, it's wednesday now, i'll give it a try friday of saterday, unless someone here tells me the ether I have is not the one you use for that.

There is also old cool Bugs Bunny cartoon where he breaks a bottle of ether and then everything is weird and in slow motion, with that big red monster chasing him.

Ethyl ether is what was used, historically, in medicine. Petroleum ether, is a totally different chemical.

Most anaesthetics are inhalants. Nitrous oxide, diethyl ether, isoflurane etc. Doctors dont use enough to cause brain damage, as a result of added oxygen. Also, i would suggest sitting up in a safe place when you do it, and putting the rag down. so you dont pass out with it on your face and your lungs collapse. I prefer using a spray bottle rather than soakng the rag (i spray it onto the rag) because you can count the sprays and dose more accurately.

    ether is tight in moderation.

Ether for medical use can't be used for recreation. The bottle must say for recreational use only.

    That is more likely IPA.

Some anesthesiologists might on occassion still use et2O....any solvent could be used as long as it is sufficiently volatile, fairly hydrophobic and pure.
